Use of the Site

By accessing or using BDG Net at bdgnetplay.in.net (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. BDG Net reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

No warranty

Cap on liability

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, BDG Net's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to BDG Net, if any, in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 500, whichever is lower. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability; in such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
