When you register or interact with BDG Net, we collect information you provide directly, including your full name, email address, mobile number, and date of birth. If you link a payment method, we may collect billing-related identifiers such as a UPI handle, for example, a PhonePe, GPay, or BHIM UPI ID, or masked bank account details. We do not store full card or account numbers on our servers; those are handled exclusively by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors operating under Indian financial regulations.

Usage and technical data

We automatically collect certain technical data each time you visit bdgnetplay.in.net, including your IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, pages visited, time spent on each page, and referring URLs. This data is retained for a maximum of 12 months and is used solely to diagnose platform issues and improve navigation. It is stored on servers located within India in accordance with applicable data localisation guidelines.

Cookies and tracking technologies

BDG Net uses first-party cookies and session tokens to maintain your login state and remember your language and region preferences. We do not deploy third-party advertising cookies that track you across unrelated websites. You may manage or block cookies through your browser's privacy settings, for example, Chrome's "Privacy and Security" panel or Firefox's "Enhanced Tracking Protection" mode. Note that disabling session cookies will prevent your account from remaining logged in between visits.

How We Use Your Information

Service delivery and account management

We use the information we collect to create and verify your BDG Net account, grant access to platform features, and process in-app transactions via payment gateways that support UPI (including PhonePe, GPay, and BHIM), net banking, and debit or credit cards. Only the minimum data required to complete a transaction is shared with the relevant payment processor. Support requests are addressed typically within 2 business days of receipt.

Communication and notifications

We may use your registered mobile number or email address to send service-related notices such as account activity alerts, password reset instructions, and updates to this Privacy Policy. With your explicit consent, we may also send promotional messages about new features or offers available on BDG Net. You can opt out of promotional communications at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email or by updating your notification preferences within account settings.

Analytics, security, and legal compliance

Technical and usage data is used to monitor platform uptime and diagnose errors. Aggregated, anonymised data may be analysed to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, for example, elevated page-load times reported by users in specific Indian states. We also process your data as necessary to detect fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). Where required by a court order or government authority operating under Indian jurisdiction, we may be obligated to disclose specific user data.

Your Rights

Access, correction, and deletion

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access a summary of the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate or outdated information, and request erasure of your data where we no longer have a legal or contractual basis to retain it. To exercise any of these rights, submit a written request to our support email. We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and aim to fulfil it within 30 calendar days, consistent with the timelines prescribed under DPDPA.

Consent withdrawal and data portability

Where we process your data on the basis of consent, for example, for promotional communications, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have the right to receive a copy of the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used format, allowing you to transfer it to another service if you choose. Requests for data portability will be processed within 30 days and fulfilled at no charge.

Grievance redressal

If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you may raise a complaint with our designated Grievance Officer by contacting us at the address below. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India once it becomes operational under the DPDPA framework.
